Memory2Movie is operated by Jodisius AI LLC. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to support@memory2movie.com.
We process the photograph you upload, the animation style you choose, technical order identifiers and the email address supplied through Stripe so we can create and deliver your video.
Your source photo is stored in private cloud storage and is sent to our video-generation provider only to create the animation you ordered. We do not sell your photograph or contact details and we do not use your private upload as advertising material without separate permission.
An unpaid uploaded photograph is removed after about 24 hours. After a successful video is generated, the source photograph is removed from our storage where technically possible. The finished video remains in private delivery storage for 14 days so you have time to download it, then it is removed automatically.
Service-side order metadata is retained for about 30 days for delivery, support, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. Stripe separately retains payment and transaction records according to its own legal and compliance requirements.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Memory2Movie does not receive your full payment-card number.
We use Resend to send your finished-video link and essential order messages. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list merely because you buy a video.
We use private cloud storage, Stripe for payment, an AI video-generation provider to create the animation, and Resend for transactional email. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to deliver the order.
You can ask us to delete an order or stored media earlier by emailing support@memory2movie.com, subject to any information that must be retained for payment, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
