By placing an order you confirm that you own the uploaded photograph or have permission to use it and to create an AI-generated animation from it.
Each video is generated automatically from the photograph and animation style you choose. Results can vary. Faces, hands, clothing, framing or background details can occasionally change during movement. We design our presets to reduce these effects, but exact motion cannot be guaranteed.
The price shown at checkout is the complete price for one generated video. Payment is collected securely by Stripe before generation starts. Memory2Movie does not receive your full card number.
By ticking the order confirmation box and paying, you ask us to begin producing your personalised digital video immediately. Because production starts specifically for your photograph after payment, cancellation may no longer be available once generation has begun. This does not affect any statutory rights you have if the service is faulty, not supplied, or otherwise not provided as required by law.
We send the finished video to the email address supplied through Stripe. Generation usually takes minutes but may take longer when the video provider is busy. Your private finished-video download is kept available for 14 days, so please save your copy promptly.
If the generation provider returns a terminal failure before producing a usable video, our system requests a refund to the original payment method. Jobs that remain processing for an unusually long time may be placed into manual review rather than being charged again.
Do not upload photographs you have no right to use, unlawful material, or material intended to deceive, harass, exploit or impersonate another person in a harmful or unlawful way.
Unpaid uploads are removed after about 24 hours. Source photographs are removed after successful generation where technically possible. Finished videos are removed from our private delivery storage after 14 days. Service-side order metadata is removed after about 30 days, while Stripe may retain payment records under its own legal and compliance obligations.
