Yes. Your photo is kept in private cloud storage and used only to create your video. It is never sold and never used as advertising without separate permission. Unpaid uploads are deleted after about 24 hours, source photos are removed after successful generation where technically possible, and finished videos are kept in My Movies for 1 year, then removed. Clear photos where faces are visible: one to three people, reasonably sharp, facing roughly toward the camera. Scanned prints and phone photos of printed photos both work well. Very blurry faces or big group shots give weaker results.
If the generator can’t complete your order, a refund is requested automatically to your original payment method. You don’t need to chase anyone.
