Question 1

What is the Memory2Movie Christmas Special?

Accepted Answer

It turns 1 to 5 family photos into a single personalised Christmas movie. Each photo gets a festive transformation — outfits change into Santa, elf and reindeer costumes, snow falls, Santa and elves appear, a tree rises with gifts, and a sleigh carries the family over the rooftops — ending with a ‘Merry Christmas from the ___ Family’ card. It costs $19.99 and is emailed to you.

Question 2

How much does the Christmas movie cost?

Accepted Answer

The Christmas Special is a single $19.99 payment for a movie made from up to five photos. The classic single-photo memory video is $7.99.

Question 3

How many photos can I use?

Accepted Answer

Between one and five photos. More photos make a longer movie — each photo becomes its own festive scene, so a five-photo order is about 80 seconds.

Question 4

How long does the Christmas movie take to make?

Accepted Answer

Usually several minutes, longer when the studio is busy. You can close the page after paying — the finished movie is emailed to you automatically.

Question 5

What photos work best for a Christmas movie?

Accepted Answer

Clear photos with visible faces, one to a few people, facing roughly toward the camera. Both scanned old photos and phone pictures work. Very blurry faces or large crowds give weaker results.
